Our Christmas Guarantee Deadline for orders was December 8th - you can still place your order now until noon on Dec. 18th. Orders received after Dec. 18th will be held until Jan. 5th. We highly recommend 2nd Day Air or Overnight if shipping to the states farthest from Wisconsin.

We will not be sending out packages after 12:00 Noon CST on Thursday, Dec. 18th – January 4th.

During our holiday rush, it may take a week to process your order once it's received.
We mark your order as "Completed" once the package is ready to leave our building. You will get an email from FedEx or UPS with your tracking information once they pick up. Check your SPAM or Junk Mail Folder if you did not receive your tracking.

If you order later in the week, we will hold your order until the following Monday if it would potentially sit over the weekend. Orders received after noon CST may be held to the next shipping day.

To avoid delays, please make sure the shipping address is complete. Include an apartment number or a business name/suite number if applicable. (NO PO Boxes, must be a physical address)

Overnight and 2nd Day Air services are not guaranteed if there are any weather delays.

If the area you are shipping to is over 80 degrees, shipping using Ground is not advisable.
Please select 2nd Day Air or Overnight Shipping or wait until the weather cools off.
We want our product to get to its destination in the best possible condition.

If the location you are shipping to is under a heat advisory please Overnight or wait until it's cooler out.

2^nd Day Air or 3 Day Express Services ONLY for California, Arizona, Nevada, Washington, Oregon,
and 2^nd Day Air for Florida during the Holiday Rush (due to all the delays using Ground. We are not responsible for shipping or weather delays. Refunds will not be granted for orders that are not delivered by your desired delivery date. We will not refund orders that have warm cheese.
